Turns out, this is a delightful, accessible guide. If I restrict calories, and I do, then I lose weight. But after years of strict low-fat, no cheat-meals and endless hours spent in the gym with little to show for it, we were open to trying something new.
I am 38yrs old, 5'3 and 176lbs.. Stevia and Sucralose Splenda are okay to use as sweeteners. I don't see avocados or talapia on there to name 2 I can think of.
